DJN TechCraft Studio Customer Terms
DJN TechCraft Studio provides digital products, downloads, templates, website services, support services, drafting/document assistance, creative services, courses, and related business tools. These services are intended to help small businesses and owners organize and improve their work.
Digital products, downloadable files, templates, examples, guides, website materials, and course materials are provided for general business and workflow support. They are not legal, financial, tax, engineering, architecture, surveying, safety, or other licensed professional advice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing, testing, adapting, and approving all materials before using them in real projects, business operations, construction work, customer delivery, accounting, compliance, or public websites.
DJN TechCraft Studio does not guarantee that a website, file, template, download, integration, automation, or support recommendation will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every use case, compatible with every system, or accepted by any authority, client, platform, payment provider, tax agency, or third party.
Customers must keep their own backups, passwords, access credentials, source files, records, invoices, tax records, and business data. DJN TechCraft Studio is not responsible for losses caused by missing backups, customer changes, third-party hosting, payment providers, email providers, software updates, security tools, internet outages, malware, misuse, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Those providers may apply their own terms, fees, review rules, chargeback processes, fraud controls, account holds, delays, or restrictions. DJN TechCraft Studio cannot control those external systems.
Downloaded digital products may be non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by law or where DJN TechCraft Studio chooses to provide a remedy. For service work, scope, timelines, revisions, and deliverables depend on the written quote, invoice, or project agreement.
Customers must not upload harmful files, unlawful content, private data they are not allowed to share, copyrighted material they do not own or license, or materials that violate another person's rights. Uploaded files and requests may be screened before review.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DJN TechCraft Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, business interruption, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of revenue, reputational damage, or third-party claims arising from use or inability to use the website, products, downloads, services, recommendations, or delivered materials.
Where liability cannot be excluded, DJN TechCraft Studio's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.
Customers agree to contact DJN TechCraft Studio promptly if there is a problem, allow reasonable time to review the issue, and cooperate in good faith before starting a dispute, chargeback, legal claim, public complaint, or third-party escalation.
